About the Role

We are looking for a Squarespace specialist with experience in creating customized pages and online communities. If you are skilled at translating Figma designs into Squarespace, customizing templates with code, and building membership areas and interactive experiences, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Convert Figma designs into highly customized, responsive Squarespace pages.

  • Build and configure online communities within Squarespace (membership areas, exclusive logins, integrations with engagement tools).

  • Customize templates using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to enhance design and functionality.

  • Integrate third-party tools, such as newsletters, forms, marketing automation, and payment platforms.

  • Optimize UX/UI for a seamless, user-friendly experience aligned with brand identity.

  • Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility through thorough testing.

  • Provide technical support and make post-launch adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience with Squarespace and online community development.
✅ Ability to translate Figma designs into dynamic, responsive web pages.
✅ Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customizations.
✅ Experience setting up membership areas and gated content.
✅ Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

✨ Experience working with the Squarespace API and automation tools.
✨ Portfolio showcasing customized Squarespace projects.
✨ Familiarity with e-learning platforms, gamification, and community engagement strategies.
